California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for
other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is
outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
- Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website,
containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

- Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as
the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of

disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or
by electronic or other means, a Consumer’s personal information to another business or a third party for
monetary or other valuable consideration.
- Service/Platform refers to the Website.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It
refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide
the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company
in analyzing how the Service is used.
- For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User
can log in or create an account to use the Service.

which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), You can be referred to as the Data Subject or as the User
as you are the individual using the Service.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized
access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide is stored on our secure servers behind
firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where
you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Platform, you are responsible for keeping this
password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best

How the app uses these APIs
The GA4 Annotations+ app uses these APIs to:
- See and download your Google Analytics data.
- See your primary Google Account email address.
- See your personal info, including any personal info you’ve made publicly available.
- Associate you with your personal info on Google.
- View and manage your Google Analytics data.
The app needs to use these APIs to provide you with the features and services that you expect. For example, the
app needs to use the Google Analytics Admin API to see and download your Google Analytics data so that you can
view and use your Google Analytics properties with the app to add annotations. The app also needs to use the
/auth/userinfo.email API to see your primary Google Account email address so that it can send you notifications
about your Google Analytics data.
How your data is stored and protected
Your data is stored on Google’s servers and is protected by Google’s security measures. Google has a strong track
record of protecting user data and is committed to keeping your data safe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to
use your data anytime.
